user exit code for extension idoc at source system end

Hi your requirement might not be the same as others requirement... so search in the eLearning to see how you can extend and Idoc type and start writing your code... if you have some issue, plz provide the exit name and what you want to do... then only some one can try to help you..

Hello,

I wanted to extended debmas06 idoc type for two custom fields. and tried to implement the code in the user-exits for holding data in custom fields. But when i excute the program, it says the custom segment doesn't exist for the message type. I have done all the necessary configurations like segment creation, adding segment to extended idoc and adding the extended idoc to message type.
