Use Direct input

Can I use direct input to update materials or only to create new materials?

How can I use direct input to update materials?.

Hello ,

Direct input method can be used either to create new materials or to extend the materials . It however cant be used to update the materials .

To create or extend a material there are 2 steps

1. Download the material data which can be done by using RMDATGEN

2 . Upload the data that has been downloaded using RMDATIND.
