Upgrade ECC 6.0 , Most used Z Programs

Hi Guys, my client is upgrading to ECC 6.0 non unicode , however they want to test the most used programs during the past year , How can I determine this ? , Is there a transaction for that ? , thank you Very Much.

Rarely there might be around 100 Zprograms so go to SE38 and give Z* and press F4. You will get the list of all Zprograms.

I hope there is no way to find out which programs are used most.

Hello,

I beleive if you have the job schedule list for those programs you can just get a view how often is a program used (based on number of times the job is run for this program).

There is no way you can get a list of program which is used often.

It's not possible to do it: u can try to use trx like STAT, but here I can suppose u can only see the statistics of a short and recent period.

It usually keep the statistics of the last week, perhaps month but I've never seen a system with the statistics of whole year.

Program:RPR_ABAP_SOURCE_SCAN.

Its a In-house custom program developed by our company.

It contains all the logic,which will take care for used an not used program.

If we run the same program in customer system..it will extract all the information in the encrypted form.

Through one web dynpro application we can get in in readble format.

look at RBEPlus from IBIS. We used those for our upgarde and it was quite beneficial. It extracts the most used programs and transactions, and group those according to different fucntional areas.

or you can try extracting the same from STAD and ST03
