The program in 4.6 is with OPEN DATASETS .......in binary mode. But In ECC 6.0 It's not working. what should be replaced by that?

Add a tag:

OPEN DATASET file FOR UPDATE IN BINARY MODE 
                             ENCODING DEFAULT.
