Unicode Conversion Problem

Hi guys,

i have a problem in the last step of the preparation phase of Unicode conversion (Create Nametabs) when i try to create nametabs and the background job UMG_PMIG_NTAB_JOB runnig, after some minutes the status of it canceled with internal error (Internal error  during database access).

your quick response would be highly appreciated.

Hi Mohamed,

This report really takes a long time even more than 40 hours.

please check if the logs has been updated or not under
<DIR_PUT>/log/Radcucnt*,if the log have not been updated for a long time
and the whole process more than 50 hours,please let me know.

Also please check note 837173 & 548016 for better know the process of
conversion.
