Two Dimensional Barcode

According to my requirement,I have to print the two diemsional barcode....How can i acheive this using smartforms.Will you please help in this.

create custom bar code from SE73 and use PDF417 as bar code type because it generates 2D bar code.

I have to print the barcode for multiple fields.How can i print the barcode with seperator between fields.
