Tutorial on adding new Screen Field

Dear Sir,

We need to add some additional new field in the screen of some std Tcode like ME21n / MIGO . We are new to SAP and now know about the procedure to be followed for the same .

I request the memebers to kindly suggest some good references which can help me to learn the procedure and steps to be followed for this .
