translate documentation report

Hi all,

I would like to know, how to translate documentation of a report. I mean that when I build a report in english language (for example) and I go to 'goto'->documentation, I introduce text that will appear as documentation.

The problem is that when I log on sap in other language like german, This documentation doesn't appear.

Could anyone help me?

Hi,

You need to put the translated text in the language you need.

You can do the same as follows :

Se38> Go to> Translation

There put the translated text and activate.

You should be able to see the translated text.

Sorry but I'm not able to translate documentation in this way, I only can translate text elements...

I need to do something special?

Hi

Please try SE63, On the menu, click on Translation -> Long Texts -> Choose Reports, Function Groups, Logical Databases and proceed...

i think the jerman language has not been mapped for your server while installing sap.

pls check with the basis and do the needful.
