Transfer modification off!

Hi,

I need to create users and change roles in my test client.

Now we update our test client and when we copy information from production client. User settings changed as production client. In production client I need to transfer changes from development client.

Now I can't create users in test client, if I want to do it, I have to transfer it from Development client.

How can I change this. This is happend once before, but then I found solution.

The question should be in in BASIS forum ......BTW user creation is client specific ......Why can't you overwrite the user in test client form development client .....
