Can i create transaction code name with more than 20 characters?

Please help me.

No.

The field tcode is having the data element tcode which can take a maximum of 20 characters.

No, you can not.

Goto SE93 and check it about exact length of Transaction code.

No, you con't create tcode with morethan 20 charactrs because the data element of transaction code 'TCODE' has char 20.
