What do you mean with transaction code.

DESADV is a delivery shipping notification and makes sense after goods issue of the delivery, basically means one of the main transactions (when sales order is the source) it would VL02n as a transaction.

The way to tigger it, please check SAP documentation for EDI / ALE and deliveries.

What else information do you need?
