Myself is an ABAPer and our company is going to give us training on some advance topic. So what would be the best area where should we go ahead keeping future in mind and the market also.

Also ABAP workbech is a must so that you can have overall knowledge of R/3.

Also depends if you want to be a techincal expert or functional expert.

It depends on use of training. If your company wants to utilize your skills then you can suggest:

1. Training in SAMRT FORM and ADOBE Forms.

2. BADI and Related Technologies.

3. Module Pool Programming.

Even U can request for Certification that will add value to your profile.

Now if they want you to go for a course out-side.

then you can request

1. Web-Dynpro

2. ALE IDCO and Work flow

3. XI

4. BI-BW.
