Hi,

If you are using ALV GRID Display there should be an icon

( F9 Function ) for download to spreadsheet.

You can download either using above mentioned method or using GUI_DOWNLOAD FM also you can download data into excel sheet...

and u want to ur data frm aplication server then use dataset concepts
