How can i check the maximum time limit set for a time out error in our system?

goto rz10 transaction code you will find it...

minimum is 300 sec.

What is the field name for this value. i do not see any field with a value of 300. Our time out is very short and I don't understand why. Any advice you can give would be helpful.
