Can anyone tell me the names of ticketing software for SAP and websites from where I can find out details for that.

Hi

Not sure if you mean the ticket software for requesting and tracking the supporting process.

As I know, Remedy and Rational Clear Quest are quite popular in the ticket area for IT supporting.

Yes I mean the same, I need the names of softwares that helps at the time of supporting phase for creating the ticket and to distribute it to the employees etc.
