The decimal place issue when down load excel in ECC6.

Hi Experts:

When an ALV report is downloaded to Excel, the summary lines are displayed in 1/100, while other line itmes are displayed in full amount. This is the common error in all the modules, not limited in FI.

For example: T-code:FBL1N List->Export->spreed ->Excel(in MHTML format).

The summary amount is 3,101,102 JPY in SAP.

But after download. The summary amount in excel is 31011.02 JPY.

Can anyone help me? Thanks!

Hi,

When a non-charater entry hets passed, it takes the default cell format setting done in your excel.

You could either have the field type changed to Char so that it retains the JPY format. Else after download, you could select the particular column which needs the JPY format and change the cell formatting - > Special (Set the location here as Japaneses and select the corresponding format which you need).
