Tcode KE51

Hi,

In KE51 transaction(Create Profit Center) i need to do a validity check in Long text field. I tried to find a user exit if any in that, but it seems there are no user exits. Please kindly let me know where i need to write the validity check code.

yes you r right , there is no such user exit for the tcode ke51,

this a crete profit center tcode and if you want to do any modification in the standard program than its main program name is SAPLRKPM, you convert it to ZSAPLRKPM and search for the line where you want to do the changes, you can search a particular point by using the global search.
