TCode for Table

Hi All,

I want to create a Tcode for a table which is not under table maitanence generator.

Pls send your suggestions,

You could always write your own table maintenance program and assign a tcode to it via Se93. Or you could simply use the TMG and create a parameter tcode to point to SM30.

Actually the table is view table. How can i create a Tcode for a View table.

Do you want to create a table maintenance program for the view? Or do you want to simply allow the user to view the data?

Well, then the user can go to SE16 and enter the view name.

Hi,

I have given se16, but Does'nt work. What should be in 'Name of the screen field' and the 'value'. I gave it as 'Viewname' and 'Ztable' table name. iam i correct,

The name of the screen field should be 'DATABROWSE-TABLENAME' and the value should be the table name 'ztable1.
