Hi all,
I have this issue... when we change the tax classification in XD02 (Change Customer: Sales Area Data ->Billing Documents) and save
I got the message "Changes have been made" but when I enter again I see tax classification with '1' instead of my last change
any idea why?
It happens the same thing in VD02.
Thanks in advance,
Regards,

A post that might be helpful for you.
http://scn.sap.com/thread/3311662
There can be some badis or customer exits that might be modifying data, depending on the inputs..
CUSTOMER_ADD_DATA
CUSTOMER_ADD_DATA
CUSTOMER_ADD_DATA_BI
CUSTOMER_ADD_DATA_BI
CUSTOMER_ADD_DATA_CS
CUSTOMER_ADD_DATA_CS
CUSTOMER_FIELDSTATUS are the badis for this tcode.
Similary SAPMF02D is the customer exit for XD02. check whether there is any code implemented for these.
Thanks
Sam

Hi karina,
Is your ECC system connected with any other SAP systems? (like CRM)
May be in other system they are defaulting to some value and its again replicated to ECC. To confirm this you can stop the queues in ECC while changing the customer tax classification and if changes are reflected successfully in customer then this would be the reason.
To stop the queue you need to deregister in SMQR transaction.
