Task and Change request

Hi frnds,

What is the difference between task and change request? Is it possible to release a change request without releasing a task?

Hi sharma,

Tasks are the sub-requests which holds the object changes.

A change request is a collection of tasks for the same object (or) related developments. It is not possible to release the request without releasing its tasks. You have to release the tasks and then release the request.
