Go to transaction SE11 and hit F4 on Database table, then click on SAP Applications. Chose from LE/LE-WM/LVS. This way you can see all the tables in each of the modules.

Another trick if you want to find all tables for a known field:

Go to SE16 > Table Name: DD03L

Put your field in

Remember that it will bring up Structures as well as Tables but the Table Name is always 4 characters
