Table that stores Batch Release comments

What is the SAP table/Field that stores Batch Release comments, which is displayed using transaction Z0CQ_Rel_BAT_DIS ?

You are more than 1 year in SCN and you still do not know that transactions starting with a Z are homemade transactions and that nobody here can know what this transaction is doing and where is stores its data.

Shouldn't it be easy for you as ABAPer to check the program that is linked to the transaction in SE93 to know this piece of information?
