Check the following tables,

J_1IEXCHDR Excise invoice header detail

J_1IEXCDTL Excise invoice line item details

Also look at FM J_1IEX_GET_EXCISE_INVOICE.

i guess there is no table which is using the structure "J_1IEXHEAD".
