table control,set cursor to last row

how to always set the cursor position to last row.

i tried using SET CURSOR..

but if the TABC has more rows (like one ahs to scroll to reach alst row) the cursor wudnt go to last row.

Set the TOP_LINE attribute of the table control accordingly...
