Start screen does not exist in batch input data

Hi,

I am executing BDC for VL02N Transaction for updating HU Number, do picking and do PGI. Now, when I am executing this program in Background Mode, I am getting an error "Start screen does not exist in batch input data". Can someone tell me the solution for this? Also, I am using BDC method for MSC2N transcation just to wipe out Vendor Batch Number and I am getting the same error there also.

It simply means that recording does not have that screen from VL02n.

Check the screen sequence in your BDC report again.

I recommend to use some BAPI or strandard FM to accomplish your task.

Did u use "Simulate Backgound Processing" option in recording to sort this out ?
