Can anybody advise to write an ABAP code for ST03N data Analysis Views.

I would like to have User and settlement status->User profiles, instances used by the user details as a report.

Please advise if this is possible with any table etc....

Did you look for FM SWNC_STAD_READ_STATRECS or SAPWL_STATREC_DIRECT_READ ?
