try with the following function module

BAPI_MATERIAL_SAVEDATA for create Product(Material)

Hi Ramesh,

This function module does not exist for SRM version 4 we are using here....

Have you tried BBP_PROD_MATERIAL_MAINTAIN_API? I am trying this one, but I am having problems in finding the parameters.
