Hi All,

Based on the screenshot,how the filtering will work?

1, When I click on the "Awaiting Approval" it displays all the status of the records for the user.

2.If I give the specified status as "Approved" in the "Hide Quick Criteria tab" and save it,I get only the Approved status records.Is this how it work?

Hi Dhinesh

Ideally when you click on Awaiting approval it should only show Awaiting approval Status SC and then if you choose status the list for all sc with that status be shown .

However , this may be a bug from standard as I understand this is not working as you would like it to .

You could either just delete the other options and only one would display .

Or maybe try raising it to SAP .

This seems to be the resolution for your problem

I was checking something else and found it

1781070 - Default POWL queries for documents with specific status are not set up correctly
