SPOOL Requests!

Hi all,

Can anyone tell me what spool requests are and what output controller is?

The spool 'SP01' contains SAP print request.

Document printed from sap like orders, invoice, delivery, ...etc can be both printed and save in a spool request.

Hi all,

thanks for your replies. If I have to see the lists ie report output then do I have to have authorization for display of spool requests.

What actually spool requests means?

Sabrina,

Spool wil contains ( by default ) lists, results of reports executed in background mode.

If you execute it in 'online' mode and you can watch the result, I think you'll be able to watch the corresponding spool request (background) without any more authorization.
