Spool request properties - user specific settings

Dear Experts,

Kindly advise me how to change the user specific settings. The below highlighted option to be set as "No" for the user.

Only one User is getting "Spool longer than 65 characters" Error. For the rest if the users, it is generating spool correctly,

Please advise.

"double click a line to change its value". As mentioned in you screenshot.

OR ""Spool longer than 65 characters" is the real error?

The value is not getting saved Saransh.

Tried multiple times. I took the control on user's system, then changed it to 'No'. The values are not getting saved.

Hi ,

I know very well this kind of matter. In that system, you login as the system's local Administrator User & then change & then restart. It is definitely going to get worked very well. It generally happens in case the system is kind of old model.

Hi All,

Issue resolved.

I figured it out.

Solution:

Print -> Properties ->

1) We need to click on 'Defaults' Button after double-clicking on the Spool List Structure Information.

2) Click on 'Change'

3) Uncheck the selection - 'Spool List with Structure Information'.

4) Hit 'Continue'.

5) Click on Copy Settings

6) Then Hit 'Continue'.

This will save the Settings.
