how to transport the request manually and what happens to QA and PROD. We are still going to upgrade QA after dev upgrade is done. please advice , i am new to upgrade project.

Hii,

Once you do the SPDD/SPAU activity in Dev and captured in TR, after the subsequent upgrades of the Landscape like Quality , Pre Prod and Production. You can just move the TR from Dev and that should do the Job. You dont have to do the SPDD/SPAU again in the Higher instances

But take time and do a thorough testing in Dev so that you avoid the re work
