Hi,
we have implemented support packs in Development server and saved changes of SPAU and SPDD objects to a transport request.
Again we have implemented same stuff in Quality box, then how to make objects adjustments with SPAU and SPDD?
Thanks

You have to transport you TRs in Development box to Quality and that should be enough.
The Idea is you will get same SPAU/SPDD in DEV and Quality. You are not required to do Adjustments in Quality unless its smthing specific to Quality system.

Shital,
If we transport the SPAU changes will become green?? Are u sure abt this process?
Any chance of getting additional changes in Quality ? If yes, how can we deal with them?
Thanks,
Raj

If you adjust the modifications in Development correctly , Then It will turn to green...There is no relation in between transporting TRs and Colour of the indicator...
You must ensure that all SPAU objects turned to green before transporting..

Dont go on color, they will not change, You can confirm this. check you have
corrected the code in DEV, You just need to remove from display if things are in place in Q.Any chance of getting additional changes in Quality ? If yes, how can we deal with them?
Yes, Create adjustments in Q and so in ProdOn how to do SPAU/SPDD
adjustments refer SAP docs lot of them are available.
Let me remind you Forum rules tell one thread one question.

If you did any changes with modification assistant/without modification assistant Just transfer those TRs to Quality.....If You have not done any changes in development then no need to do anything.

Hi Praneet,
Please check this thread.
You need to transport the request to quality.
Incase you have addiitional objects in quality then you adjust them via SPAU in a new request.
You will have additional objects in quality only if for some reason u made changed directly in quality server.

Ankur,
In which case we need a transport request? "Adopt modificaiton" or "Reset to original?
Otherwise, in both cases it will ask for TR?
Please clarify
Thanks,

Hi,
Adopt Modifications will prompt you for a request.

Ankur,
Reset original also asking for TR. I think this procedure is right...Please see below for help doc.
Transport Request for Reset to Original
To Reset to original, the system requires you to enter a transport request. The transport request is necessary to ensure that the modification information for an object is available throughout the entire transport process of the customer. However, this means also that an object that was reset to original must be transported into all subsequent systems. In the case of a consolidation transport (transport type K) or a transport of copies (transport type T), the information is included that the object has not been modified. After an object has been reset to original, it is treated as an unmodified object during the next Support Package or upgrade although it is contained in a request. The object is overwritten without a backup of the old version and no longer appears in transaction SPAU for adjustment

Hi,
import your CR to quality and eventually checks for possible delta adjustment in SPDD and SPAU.
SPDD request have to be marked as transportable during the previous SPDD phase in order to be included during the installation.

SPAU requires transport for both RESET TO ORINGINAL and ADOPT MODIFICATION
