SPAU objects Adjustments problem in upgradation

Dear Experts,

   I have one Issue which is related to basis.

Our Basis team upgrading our system ( SAP ECC6.0 ) to EHP5 . At the time of upgrading they get one screen ( I have attached it ).

it's showing that     there are xxx number of objects have to  adjust by spau tcode.

Ther are 2 radio buttons.

1.  Adjustments completed.

2.  Exit.

we have to select one & continue with the process.

My question is

  Are we have to adjust all objects through SPAU and then after have to click the first radio button .

                             or

can we directly go with first radio button with out adjusting .If so can we adjust it later or not? what's effect with this step?

                             or

If we go with 'Exit ' radio buttons . what's the corresponding effects?

Please Tell me exactly when we have to do adjustments through SPAU?.

Hello Nagaraju,

you can go with 'Adjustments completed' and do the SPAU later. (This way, we do it usually.)

Thank You very much for quick reply,

one more Question is:

At present we are upgrading 'Quality' environment, we will do the Adjustments through SPAU and

save those changes in One Transport Request

We are going to upgrade our 'Production' environment next week. If so can we transport this request to

production.                         OR

Again we have to do the all adjustments manually in PRD?

Give me any suggestions.

Hello Nagaraju,

You have to do in the first Upgrade-System the SPAU (look in the transction SPAU to the online-help. there is written, how to do for the transport in the following system).

Wenn you do the upgrade in PRD you can either take the SPAU-Transport doring the upgrade or do the transport after the upgrade. We usually to the SPAU-Transport manually after the Upgade in the Prod.

Hi,

If you read the upgrade guide, you can perform SPAU within 14 days without request any key.

For the dialog scree, just click "NEXT" without select neither "adjustment completed" nor "exit".
