What is the purpose of this table-->SOOD1?

And how do we maintain records in this table.

SOOD1 is a structure and not table.

Actual table is SOOD , which is used for strring SAP Business workplace objects.

e.g. Folder name , document names , which are to be used while sending mails in SAP system.

Just check out FM :SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_SEND_API1.

Infact its not a table but a structure which is used for attribute definitions while senting mails.. You could see the see the usage in Mail senting FM <b>SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_ATT_SEND_API1</b>.
