SOAMANAGER Tcode Not Opening

Soamanager tcode is not opening when I run the Tcode. I am getting error saying Can't reach this page.

I have attached the screenshot of what I am getting. Help me

It could be a lot of things

- Does it works if you replace the host by the IP addres ?

- Could you check the port number in transaction SMICM (MAJ + F1) ?

check SICF, find the service appl_soap_management and check whether is active

The simplest and most effective solution would be to ask a Basis admin locally to help with this.
