SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_SEND_API1-Field sensitivity.

Hi All,

I want to know what role does field sensitivity (sodoCCHGI1-senstivity) plays in function module SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_SEND_API1.

What is the difference between standard functional and private sensitivity.

F Functional

O Standard

1. Basis team and others can see mail content

using SCOT / SOST

2. If the senstivity is confidential,

then in SCOT, other users

(apart from the receiver user)

won't be able to display / see the content of the mail.

Normally, when you send the mail, we may put it as Urgent, or confidential, inthe same way, if you are sending the mail from SAP, SAP provided an option to give such options, the options are

P --> Confidential

F --> Functional

O --> Standard
