SO_DOCUMENT_SEND_API1

Hi. I'm using the funciton SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_SEND_API1 for sending e-mails, but I can't make it works. I use this function because I have to use always the same sender (sender_address parameter). I don't know what to do. Do I have to make something special????
