What is the meaning of SNOTE 1001282 Status " cannot be implemented"?

Did you fulfill all the prerequisite as stated in that note before applying the note ? Please check the documentation of the note.

it means that it is not relevent to your SAP release and Support pack status.

means you cannot implemented directly....some times there is a need to create the badi manually and you need to implement it manually ..this is all specified in the documentation of the snote
