Graphic cannot be displayed error . Message class 159.
The graphic is present in se78 yet I'm facing this error in production, whereas the smartform is working perfectly fine in development server. What could be the issue?

Hi Priya,
Graphic isn't transported to QA or PROD automatically, first of all you should copy your graphic to workbench request and transport it to related server.
Best Regards.

Thanks a lot for the reply hasan. I have transported the graphic to production server via the workbench request. All the TR's are successfully imported to production and the error occurs mostly because of the non existence of the graphic. I have checked the graphic too, it exists in se78 in production server. Then why am I facing the issue. It would be very helpful if you could guide.

I am able to view the graphic (print preview) it in production via se78. I got this as production issue hence I have no idea about the import log.
Do I have to check anything else apart from this In production?

I just checked in quality, it's not working there. Only working in production. What should be done now,?

Why is the graphics showing in the print preview of production ?? Why to import and export again from dev to quality to production??

Priya Kamath How are you sure that the error is about the same graphics? I think that the root cause is "not found". Probably what happens is that it's about another graphics with close name (or not), and output conditioned like: IF case1 THEN print IMAGE1 ELSE print IMAGE1BIS. First thing to do is to identify exactly what graphics it is. Eventually do a smart form trace or debug.

Precisely, it's the message SSFCOMPOSER159 "Graphic cannot be displayed."

Hi Sandra,
Yep it's this message class 159. Could u give me the solution as to why it's showing this error

No it's message class SSFCOMPOSER. It's message number 159. Message number alone has no meaning.

Yep exact. I have the graphic preview available in se78 but it's showing "graphic cannot be displayed" why is that so?
