Hi friends!!!

I am working on a smartform right now.

A problem that has arised is that i need to check the smartform.

But no output device has been attcahed to the system,

it will be two days procedure to acquire it.,

Is there any other way to test a smartforms or a way through which i can attach an output device.

Hi,

Go to your control panel.....configure the Printer option and add "Generic/Text only" printer......now execute the smartform output....the output device is "ZPDF".....

in this case you will get your output in PDF Version..

Hi Ranjith,

Try Using LOCL, Or Local Printer you can see the print preview.

Create a driver program and pass dummy data to Smartform.

This way you will be able to preview Smartform output without attaching Output device.

hi:

Try to add any dummy printer in the local PC, and then try to execute it to see the Preview.
