Smartforms...Need some info

Hi,

I am working in SAP for 1 year..but i never got an oppurtunity to work on SMARTFORMS...Canu guys help me out to know about SMARTFORMS.....Basically i need details like...

1. Wht's the use of SMARTFORMS ?

2. Step by Step procedure to study SMARTFORMS in detail !

3. Any statndard SMARTFORMS in SAP wherein i can get a good understanding how to go ahead with tht, if i am asked asked to create a SMARTFORM ????

Smartforms are use to display the data in the Graphical output.
