We are using a SmartForm to generate labels using Zebra printers. The actual ZPL code is in text modules (with variables from the SmartForm embedded). These text modules are dynamically pulled based on data retrieved in the SmartForm. All works well except that some (not all) spaces are getting lost in the process (e.g. 'OLD FERRYRD' instead of 'OLD FERRY RD'). The spool request for the section above looks as follows (RAW format):
CT00000000
ST0013509OLD FERRY
EP
IN05FIRST
OPLETTER P 144 240 1584012240000340003400000
IN06MAIN
MT0000000240
CP11000000E
FCCOURIER 040 00015 SF001SF001110000015E
UL +0000000000000
CT00000000
ST0003002RD
EP
The entire spool request for one label is listed as 84 pages... It seems SAP arbitrarily breaks up the text as it sees fit. When it is pieced back together in the printer characters get lost.
We are using device type Z_LB_ZEB2 and are on WebAS 6.20
Any ideas?

Turned out to be simple: the MAIN window was too small which led to the page breaks.

Hello,
Could you please give an example to explain how you embed ZPL with Smartform variables at text module level.
I have created a label in Smartforms on A5 dimensions in landscape style. But when I print label is printed on portrait style. Zebra printer (Z6Mplus) using ZLZEB2(203dpi) as device type. When I use ZPL commands 'FWR' or 'PO' the rotation of the labels is within the window specified..

Hi Chaithanya,
I face the same problem as you did last year.
When using '^FWR' to print a zebra lable rotated all texts are printed in the same line.
Did you solve it and how.
Hope you can help me....
Best regards,
Sybille
