Smartform Printing Problem

Hi All,

When i print preview the smarform it looks ok but after printing information to the right of the form has been cut off. Anyone know what could be causing this?

Hi Wilson,

Check the PAGE Format  which you have define in smartform. Also check that page format is supported by your printer through which you are printing. For this you can check SPAD.

Please try with above solution.

Hi Wilson,

if smartform has been generated in print priview, then only problem i think is in your printer.

So, better to use any other printer if available for the same purpose.

But if in other printer you are getting the same problem then please revert.

Hi Wilson,

Once check the paper intake tray whether it is in center or adjusted to any side. Also check whether you used the page format that supported by printer or not.

If everything is okay and still you are facing problem. Adjust your Left Margin. Sometimes I have faced same problem, then I reduced the Left Margin to 0.50 CM. Then its fine with print.

All the time many not be the issue of SAP settings or developments!

Better to check the physical printer settings and their margins also

as i have deleted all your data (quite obvious, because i don't have your data),

now i have run this smartforms, its properly working, please see it.

And you have to add your all the data in it, once more.

check withe basis team the printer drivers has been installed properly... and layout supported by the printer and then design the page format accordingly..

Hi Wilson..

First of all are you using same printer for Print Preview and Print. Seconldy please the printer setting in SPAD under output attributes.
