Smartform printing problem

Hi All,

We are having a problem with the printing of the Smartforms. I can print the Smartforms on my printer but the My process team members that are testing the forms cannot. At one point in time they could print but now they cannot. When they try to send the output to their printer or mine, nothing gets printed. Conversely, when I try to send the output to their printer, Its getting printed on my printer.

I don't know even where to being on trying to find out what the problem is.

If any one of you are having any ideas, Please help to track down the problem?

Hi,

May be you can check the user setting , mostly the printer may not be assinged on your id.
