Smartform logo problem

Hi ABAP Experts,

I have moved my smartform from development to quality server in one transport request. After moving the smartform, I realised that I had forgotten to transport the logo. So I created another transport request for the logo and transported it from Development to Quality.

Now when I check in quality in transaction smartforms the smartforms is active but I get a message that the logo does not exist or is not found (some such message). In quality, in SE78 the logo exists. Also when I execute the smartform function module in single test mode it gives logo error. Also the smartform is not displayed when I call it in the web. My guess is that it is not being displayed because it is not able to detect the logo in quality.

Why is it not detecting the logo? What should I do to display the smartform?

Not sure exactly, but can you activate the smartform in quality server?

If not I would suggest you to re-import smartform request in quality system.

Or

Capture smartform and logo again in the new request and transport to Quality.

The smartform is already activated in the quality server, inspite of the message reagrding the logo not being found.

Can you give us the exact error which you are getting. Hope by seeing the error we can come out with suggestions.

Thanks for the replies.

I can see the logo properly in print preview in SE78.

Regarding the exact error messages, I am not able to access the system currently. Tommorow once I have access to the system will post the error messages here.

Try to create a new request to include both your smartform and logo and transport it the quality system.
