Hi experts,

I am saving all smartforms in one package.

May be it could be a silly question but I saved my smartform in my package but when I am looking for my smartform

it doesn't show in my package.

Kindly tell me how can I see my smartforms in my package.

Regards,

Sandeep Singh

Hi Sandeep,

i think we can't see smartforms in our package. if you need to search mean u can use SE09 ( there available you request history).

Hi Sandeep,

It will ask for package while you are trying to save it .once you add it into a package it will ask for a transport request.

We can ensure smart form has been added to our package as below.

Hope it will be helpful.

Hi,

Thangam is correct: SAP SmartForms have that not quite finished feel to them in that conventional ABAP Workbench Tools like SE80 Repository Browser do not support them. To my frequent dismay sorrow, they are also not included in Version Management...

The only way I know of getting an overview of SmartForms in standard SAP is Object Catalog under SE09 Tools. There one can select via Object Type SSFO and Package:

That object type includes both the SmartForms and the Text Modules, and type SSST is for SmartStyles.

I doubt this will ever get "fixed" by SAP, because SmartForm solution is not being developed further - the future belongs to Adobe Forms (until something else comes along )

cheers

Hi Sandeep,

SE80 we dont have any option to validate the package. In Smartforms if you want to chane the package go for the option SMARTFORMS->GO TO-> Object Directory Entry-> Change.

In SE03 if you search for the objects with type R3TR SSFO you will get all the transport related details.
