What does status 'transaction recorded' signify in SM58 transaction.
and what may be the reason its displaying this status.
how do i come to know that my idoc has reached destination or not?
bcoz the problem here is in we02 (sender) its showing status green but idoc has not reached destination.

Hi
Goto SM58,Transactional RFC wil be opened..chk out the transactions, select each and press F6 to check whether it has been reached destination successfully or not...
If there is no problem it wil be transported or else it wil throw error..In dat case goto Error and check the error status..
In We02,sometimes it wil give status green but it wil not be transported it is because dat the Business partner wil not be a person..
click on Error button to find out the errors

HI SUKLA,
first go to bd87, this is ale error recovery tool , there u can easily find out the problem . jus put your idoc number there,
u will get different status code for each mile stone.
if there is any problem in transmition then u can use sm58 for failed entry transmission.
always use some advance setting in rfc destionation .
according to your system complexity use the option in destination tabtrfc-u can supperess the job, connection attempts, time b/w 2 tries.
thanks and regards

it may be this...
In Release 3.0, you can execute function modules asynchronously in a different R/3 System. When you call function modules in this way, they are not executed immediately. Instead, they are stored in an internal table and processed together after the next COMMIT WORK. The calls for each destination thus constitute a Logical Unit of Work ( LUW)).
When a COMMIT WORK statement occurs, the stored calls are executed by the next free work process in the order in which they occurred. If there are updates before COMMIT WORK, the asynchronously called function modules are not executed until the all the update function modules have been successfully processed.

hi kris,
sometimes in congession it takes time in transmission.
till then it stores in arfcsstate and arfcsdata table.
will it successfully transmitted entry deleted.
well to avoid these situation v use advance setting as i mention b4 in sm59.
enjoy*

Hi Asha,
If I press F6 in SM58 the idoc is correctly sended to destination...
What do you mean when you say
> dat the Business partner wil not be a person..
Thanks.

hi Urtzi
ya if you press F6 the transactions are transported to the destination if there are no errors or sometimes it may give exceptions too....
See in We02,click on error to check out the error status,if it shows that Bussiness partner is not a person then it means that the business partner is misplaced somewhere,in which only the client can solve it...
clear now..
REWARD IT PLEASE.....!!!

HI All,
I have a similar problem..
In SM58, when i select one line and say F6, it gives me an eror message saying
" Function module does not exist or EXCEPTION raised "
and currently the status text on the SM58 after executing is
" Trying to access row values in a table which does not have any rows yet ".
Not able to progress on this, Please help me out in this....
