SM58 Error

Hi, I'm gettting the following status text "Error in target system" in SM58 from the function module IDOC_INBOUND_ASYNCHRONOUS. I have not encountered this type of error in the past can anyone let me know what coule be the possible reason.

Hi,

May be u can do is

sm58--> select the line > select menu EDIT> execute LUW

after this also you are getting this error . please contact basis .

This error may be due to target system is down.

Thanks! but I know i can execuete LUW and clean it up, but i need to know what could be the possible reason for this error, whether due to firewall, or batch processing etc...any help would be greatly appreciated.

The partner profile had collective processing and i changed it to immediate, after that i dont see the coming up but i believe there are multiple reasons behind this.It may be due to load, or natted ip address or improper handshake between the two systems.
