sm30 problem

Hi experts,

I have created a table and table maintenance generator latter I modified the

table and recreated the table maintenenance, now when i run sm30 in devlopment server (no data) it is working but when I run SM30 in testing server(It contain some data) it is going to dump saying "Error in Current screen of the abap program)

Pls help to solve this, I recreated the table maintenace several times I also tried adjusting the table with se14, but still going to dump.

hi,

do this to avoid the error SE14 transaction and give the table name and press button 'Activate and Adjust database' or else goto SE11 give the table name and follwo this path i.e, Utilities->database Utility-> Press button 'Activate and Adjust database' ...

make sure that u have transported the table before table maintenance to Test client..

Hi,

Go to SM30 in testing server and make sure if the table maintenance is ok or not, in the second case perhaps the basis haven't supplied authorization to generate table maintenance in this client, in table maintenance screen(SE11) you can see the warning messages.

The table maintenance has to be transported along with the changes to the table, since it regenerates the code in the development server.

You need to transport this to the test server.

please checkwith you CHANGE request , and even you should see the verson level of both the table and also table maintaince generated version level also .
