Hi Ali,

Thanks for your question, but this is more of an email creation workflow issue. Could you please add some tags with the product that you are using so that the appropriate people will be notified. The tag you have used is for email deliverabililty questions arising from users of the SAP Emarsys Customer Engagement platform.
